Mr. Ananth Kumar N. is the Head of the HVAC department at Bigtree Design Pvt. Ltd. He specializes in delivering engineering solutions par excellence with technical competency in building Green structures including Refrigeration, BMS, etc.
Mr. Ananth is a graduate in Mechanical Engineering and also holds a diploma in AutoCAD. He has also finished refresher courses on Clean Room Designs and Controls on Psychometrics from ISHRAE Institute of Excellence, Bangalore. Mr. Ananth also treasures to his pride a certificate in Energy Plus for building simulation and modelling, conducted by CII, Hyderabad.
He commenced his career by working as Supervisor at Sree Janaki Rama Engg. Works followed by serving as a trainee at HMT Ltd. Working over the years with full dedication, he became General Manager at Entask Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. His career graph advanced significantly when he was designated to be DGM- Planning & Designs at Sterling and Wilson Ltd. Subsequently, he was promoted as VP at Kinetix Engg. Pt. Ltd. Since 2013, he worked as the founder and director of Arete Consulting Engineers.
Mr. Ananth possesses 27+ years of experience in designing HVAC and BMS as per the building specifications. He also has expertise in preparing sketch schemes, tender requirements for procuring quotations, drawing Techno-commercial comparative statements, compliance of contractor’s drawing, scrutinizing the tasks periodically and conducting site meetings to ensure the work is finished as per schedule. He is accomplished at performing testing and certification of plants ahead of dispensing them to their clients.
Mr. Ananth bears a life membership of the Indian Society of Heating Refrigerating & Air-conditioning Engineers (ISHRAE). He is also a member of the American Society of Heating Refrigerating & Air-conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE).
Other highlights include his role as the Chairman of Hall of Fame Award for Excellence- ACREX 2018 and ACREX 2021, Secretary and Treasurer at ISHRAE. Prior to this, he was a member of the Core Management Committee (CMC), ISHRAE Institute of Excellence (IIE), Bangalore. He was also the Ex-Secretary of the hospital committee for ACREX 2008.
